Diploma in Human Resource Management (E-Learning) is designed to provide opportunities for adult learners who are either currently holding HR jobs or considering a future HR career progression or option. The modules are designed to enable participants to acquire sufficient breadth of knowledge, deeper insights of human capital management and greater understanding of local legislation to play a key role in organisation development and contributing to business growth.

Course Withdrawal/Transfer and Refund Policy
Students who wish to withdraw or transfer to another programme must notify Edusphere College of Management and Technology in writing before the commencement of the course. Application fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable. The following refund policy applies:

Entry Qualification:
- With minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ level or International Secondary including English
- English language proficiency: GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
- Working Experience: Matured candidate (i.e. minimum 30 years old with 8 years of working experience) with another relevant certificate qualification.
